The 2023 Birkebeiner events begin Wednesday, Feb. 22 and go through Sunday, Feb. 26. The main event is on Saturday February 25, when skiers will ski 55 km (34 miles) through beautiful forests and across Lake Hayward, crossing over the American Birkebeiner International Bridge to reach the finish line.
